Hey there, friend!
I'm Bethany......a mama of 4, highly sensitive soul, nurturer, trauma survivor turned Therapist, mentor + space holder for incredible women who are dead set on reducing generational trauma for themselves and their families.
Known for my gentleness, ability to hold space for others' pain, and my ability to nurture even the most broken, I write, talk and teach about trauma recovery, the fight of mental health and raising a future generation that don't need to heal from the pain you've suffered.
I've been in the arena for over a decade and have counselled + supported incredible women in their own trauma recovery and into healing through individual counselling, group programs, and my Heart of the Home podcast.

Here is what you can expect:
Welcome + Intro - 10 minutes
Let's spend a few minutes getting to know each other. It's OK, I'm with you!
Grounding exercise - 10 minutes
Let me teach you a simple exercise to calm the body and slow down.
Story Time - 30 minutes
It's time to give words to your pain. No more being silenced! Let's share the struggle together.
Break - 10-15 minutes
Time for a loo break, water break or some fresh air!
Creative Exercise - 20-30 minutes
Let's do a gentle creative activity to engage the brain AND the body.
Strategies for Self-Care & Self-Protection - 30 minutes
It's time to learn how to protect yourself and set up your own self-care ritual!
Farewell - 5-10 minutes

My greatest gift is holding space for your pain so you can fall apart....just for a little while. Then I can stay with you to help you pick up the pieces.
